Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly subscription period. For cancellation write to us at support@nettechcloud.com with subject “Cancellation of Subscription”.
NO REFUND
We provide a free preview of all training modules and you are advised and requested to go through the free preview of training modules before making payment or opting for a subscription.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT OR REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycles.
